central location helpful doorman
I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room featured a spacious layout. I appreciated the hotel's central location allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. The doorman was also very helpful with street entry and taxi access.
the music from nearby places was sometimes audible in the evening..

I found the grounds lovely!!! the staff were all so attentive, warm, and caring. breakfast had a large variety of options. They make the best coffees! i enjoyed my stay in the beautiful pool view room.
From time to time, the bathroom had a sewage smell when i used the bidet water. i was told they fixed it. It persisted, though. some parts of the bathroom need refurbishment.

beautiful gardens fish ponds afternoon tea cheaper price old slippers room cleaning
the hotel had beautiful gardens and fish ponds. my children adored feeding the fish. there was a nice restaurant with a good selection. the hotel also provided afternoon tea, a nice touch. we enjoyed eating on our balcony.
airport pick up costed idr600000 but i found there was other option for idr500000. they didn't inform me about the cheaper price. room cleaning are not taking seriously enough. they provided old slippers, i'm not sure how many guests use the same slippers before.
